I can't tell you where, but I know I borrowed the concept of this image from another that I've seen, and since producing it I've seen other similars. My basic idea was to approach the golfer from a very low angle with a wide-angle lens to emphasize the club/ball interaction. My brother-in-law Paul was standing still addressing the ball ("How do you do ball?"), but I added implied motion with some digital post-production.
