This is my overnight lodging, The Carriage Inn in beautiful downtown Ridgecrest. A very nice motel with restaurant, conference facility, and free wireless internet. Most important, Starbucks is across and a tenth of a mile up the street. Tomorrow I will hit the road and head on up to Lone Pine and the Whitney Portal.
