The light couldn't be any more dramatic than seen in this image of the old dredge-turned-restaurant. While difficult to render with full detail on color slide film, the effect of spotlighting against the dark forboding sky is complete. I'm always hoping to enounter this magical light on the edge of a storm in my travels. The downside of course is that it is frequently followed or preceded by intense weather!
