It is very easy to get caught up in the surfing and beach culture along this part of the California coast. And I find it a very comfortable way of life--folks are friendly and easy going and of course the landscape beauty speaks for itself. The town and beach have been washed in pink by the sky immediately after the sun has sunk below the horizon.
